We refinish bathtubs, tile and fiberglass surrounds and showers, sinks, as well as countertops. We do all the work ourselves and offer a free in-home or business estimate where you can discuss your project in detail and view samples. We service areas from the greater Tampa area to Orlando and all places in-between. We use the very best coatings in the industry and stand behind our work with a written 5-year guarantee, as well as instructing you on how to best care for your newly refinished surface. "This client's complaints were completely satisfied last year. We were unaware that this complaint was still up here at this site. She was contacted and consulted and agreed to have the repair work completed at a later time due to the adverse weather conditions at that time. She was recontacted at the agreed upon time and her work was completed and full explanation given to her as to why her coatings had failed (due to negligence on one of her family member's part to not follow post-refinishing instructions after having been clearly stated to him and not having a cleaned area where the work was completed). She stated that she was now satisfied with the results. Dust is every refinisher's worst enemy and our company does everything we can to educate every consumer as to the reasons why and how to avoid it. She stated at that time that she would be amending this review and this was October of 2011. She was contacted again by us last month, May, 2012, asking her to please take the time to amend this and it has not been done yet. We have satisfied this complaint and have done all we are able to ask for it to be reflected in the review, to no avail."
