Home Inspection
ONCE WE FILED A CLAIM THE RUN-AROUND BEGAN. THEY PRIDE THEMSELVES ON HAVING INSURANCE TO COVER ANYTHING THAT THEY MISS DURING THE INSPECTION, BUT WHEN IT COMES TIME TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS AND DO NOT RECTIFY THE PROBLEMS AS THEY PROMISE. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR - YOU WILL BE SORRY!!

Home Inspection
WE HAD TWO HOUSES INSPECTED BY PAT THIEL WHEN WE WERE LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED BY PAT'S COMPREHENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF MILWAUKEE HOMES AND HIS INSIGHT INTO THE CONCERNS THAT HOME-BUYERS HAVE. WE FOUND HIM VERY PROFESSIONAL AND INFORMATIVE. (IT WAS LIKE HAVING OUR OWN BOB VILAS AS WE TOURED EACH HOUSE AND, IN FACT, WE SAW HIM ON THE EVENING NEWS.
