Terrible. Do NOT hire this guy. He's awful. Dan arrived the first day without any tools and couldn't work. The second day he arrived twenty minutes late without calling us ahead of time to let us know. Then he left after an hour without completing the job. Our plumbers were nice enough to do most of the work for us. He called to say that he would be out on Friday to finish the work. Well he didn't come on Friday. Late Friday afternoon I get a text that he can't make it and can come on Monday instead. On Monday I get a text that he can't come and will come on Wednesday instead. I insist that he has to honor his commitment and come on Monday. He says he can come at a time that won't work for me. I try to get him to come a bit earlier and he quits the job. He sends me rude, mean and frankly scary texts for about twenty minutes. He inflates his price by 50% and lies about the amount of time he was there. It got so crazy that I turned the text over to the BBB and the local police to deal with.

CALLED BACK WITHIN A WEEK; CAME OUT TO DO AN ESTIMATE NEXT DAY; DID ALL WORK THE FOLLOWING DAY.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH ADVANCED HOME IMPROVEMENT. MARK PERFORMED EXCELLENT WORK AT A GOOD PRICE AND WAS ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE WILL CALL HIM AGAIN FOR ANY HANDYMAN PROJECT IN OUR NEW HOUSE.

DAVE WAS VERY PROMPT. HE GAVE ME A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE AND SCHEDULED THE JOB QUICKLY. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB WITH HANGING THE SHUTTERS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE IN NEED OF A HANDYMAN.
