On time and programmed. Very polite. We were quoted $85 and it was $108.

I don’t have an opinion on them because I am not sure that their alarm worked. I set an alarm when I went out of town and when I came back the alarm did not go off. I don’t recommend them. I am still using it. It might have been me. I would have done something wrong in setting it. But I thought I set it right. I was using someone else and they sold their business to ADT. I pay them monthly and I pay them $35 a month. It is not cheap. Price wise I don’t know. They all charge a lot. Last time I had a three year contract and I don’t like to do that. If something goes wrong I don’t want to be stuck for three years. As for responsiveness, I called them once and they answered my complaint. As for the future, I would check other places and I don’t think I need an alarm system since I am moving into a condo.
