They were high price and they didn’t get out some stains. Any special stain pointed out needs to be examined and closely watched. They came when they said they would.

1 staff member did all the carpet cleaning. Arrived at scheduled time; the job was done very well; the result was quite satisfactory. Some 'heavy traffic' areas required special attention; they came out quite well. We were very pleased with the whole experience, and will certainly call them again for future carpet cleaning needs.

Cleaning staff very pleasant and quickly set themselves and their equipment to work. Job took less time than anticipated. Initial feeling was that all went well. Several small stains were pointed out to the workers.
Stains appeared to return and overall appearance of the carpets was only fair.
A phone call was made to request an inspection and perhaps provide additional service. Call was made a day later than the 72 hour window requested for any complaints about workmanship.
A promise was made, however, to visit the condo and inspect the carpet.
No contact was made to deliver on the promise to inspect the carpet.

They are very professional. They do a good job on the cleaning.

I like the openings. They are quick. The carpet dries really fast. They are really good.

He was great. I wrote great worker on a receipt and gave him $20 tip. I guess that would say it all. We were totally and completely happy with him as well as his work. He was here on time.

Overall, the experience was good. They were very efficient, I made some changes and he made adjustments. I've used them for years and years.
