They were late because they had trouble finding where the piano was. They got it here in one piece.

Estimate -
This moving company took the time to come to our house to provide an estimate.  Having just purchased a house we were on a budget so they provided some suggestions about how we could keep the cost down, by packing and moving the small/med sized items on our own.
Move day -
They showed up on time, shrink wrapped the couches because of their size. They moved everything quickly yet carefully.  They were friendly. 
Their minimum move rate is 1 hour as opposed to 4 hrs which many other companys quoted.  This helped us because we intended on moving as much on our own as we could. 
Although they originally quoted 6-7 hours (for all our stuff), the move only took 3-4 because we some on our own.  They were fine with the change in time which helped with the overall cost.  I would suggest this company to anyone else in the area.  We've  moved many times over the past 6 years and used many companies in the area.  This company was the best in cost, quality and professionalism.

They did do the job but what stood out was that we didn’t like that was there were some items that they left behind, so we had to go back and move.  I didn’t compare prices.

This was a full 8+ hour move.  Removed everything and transported to our new house in the same community.
Temp was about 100 degrees.  They worked dilligently and did a great job.

The experience was excellent. The price was fair but I don't know if it was comparable; everything seems expensive.

They were recommended by a friend, and we checked up on them on Angie's List.  Their estimator was professional and timely.  The movers were friendly and capable.  There were a few dents and dings in the old and new house, which I expected.  My only complaint is that I wasn't told I would be charged for the movers' travel time to and from their offices at the beginning and end of the day.

Their service was excellent, and we were highly statisfied and impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness to our needs and care of our furnishings.

All my antiques arrived perfectly as well as my other furniture.

WE HAD ALREADY MOVED ALL THE BOXES AND ALL THEY HAD TO MOVE WAS THE FURNITURE FROM 2 1/2 ROOMS. THEY REALLY STROKED THE JOB. THEY MOVED VERY SLOWLY, TALKED AMONG THEMSELVES ALL THE TIME AND THEN STAYED IN TRUCK TALKING AFTER MOVING TRUCK THE ONE BLOCK. WE WERE WAITING AT THE DOOR OF THE NEW PLACE FOR THEM TO BEGIN MOVING FURNITURE IN. THEY PAID NO ATTENTION, BUT TOOK THEIR TIME. THEY WERE CAREFUL WITH THE FURNITURE, BUT MUCH TOO SLOW.

WE HIRED THEM BASED ON A RECOMMENDATION. EVERYTHING SEEMED IN ORDER UNTIL THEY MOVED OUR LARGE, HEAVY PIANO WITHOUT A DOLLY, LEAVING HUGE GOUGES IN OUR HARDWOOD FLOORS. THE OWNER PERSONALLY ASSURED ME THAT THEY WOULD FIX THE PROBLEM, ONLY TO GO BACK ON HIS WORD AFTER THE REPAIR ESTIMATE EXCEEDED WHAT HE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. NOW HE CLAIMS THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. HE ACTUALLY TRIED BLAMING IT ON THE PIANO! EVERY MOVER WE'VE SPOKEN WITH HAS REAFFIRMED THAT YOU NEVER MOVE A PIANO WITHOUT A DOLLY. EVEN THE KORTSCH MOVING-DAY SUPERVISOR, WHO WAS NOT SUPERVISING DURING THE GOUGING, STATED TO ME THAT YOU SHOULDN'T MOVE THE PIANO AS IS! I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVING SERVICES IF YOU VALUE HONESTY AND INTEGRITY!!!!
