He was nice, but the price was just way too much. It took him about 10 minutes to unscrew one piece, and about 10 minutes to go out to his truck to get the new heater. I think they charged a $179 trip charge. He didn't break it down, he just gave me the total amount due.

At first they couldn't figure out what was wrong, but after about 1/2 an hour they figured it out. They ordered the part and installed it as soon as it arrived, and the freezer has worked ever since.
