He looked at the dishwasher for two minutes. He then installed a part. My dishwasher ran two times and then was broken again.

The worker showed up at the time we set up several days prior. He took a detailed look at the washer, dryer, and refrigerator, and offered his opinion that all three were fine and had not suffered any serious damage when our basement flooded.

EMPLOYEE WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS, BUT CHARGING A FLAT $50 FEE PLUS $25 CHARGE FOR COMING OUT IS RIDICULOUS WHEN NO WORK WAS DONE. I WON'T CALL THEM AGAIN.

TECHNICIAN WAS COURTEOUS AND ON TIME. HOWEVER, THERE WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING ABOUT THE TRIP CHARGE. THE SERVICE GIRL WHO TOOK MY CALL SAID ONE THING, THE TECHNICIAN SAID ANOTHER. ALSO, I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A $10 DISCOUNT FOR A COUPON, BUT THEY JUST RAISED THE PRICE OF THE MOTOR BY $10. HE TOLD ME THE PRICE OF THE MOTOR WAS $229, BUT WHEN HE GAVE ME THE BILL, THE MOTOR WAS $239.
