He came out and agreed to install a used garage door for me on my rental property. He informed me that it was in really good shape and that he would install it for $200. After he installed it, the door went from $200 to $300. He then told me he would put new springs in for an additional $50. I went out to inspect the door and it was showing a gap of 6-8" at the top. The sides had no weather stripping. The bottom of the door only had a half torn seal. The fact that he would install a door that doesn't fit really gets me. I would advise others to stay away from this provider.
