The price was very good. The promptness was very good as well as the quality of the windows. They did forget to do some things while they were here so I had to call them back. I don’t think they did the job properly. Where they caulked on the outside was not done correctly.

I FOUND A TO Z IN ANGIE'S LIST AND THEY WERE MY SECOND CHOICE. THE FIRST CHOICE WAS ALL BOOKED UP WITH WORK AND COULD NOT GET TO ME. I SHOULD MAKE NOTE THAT BELOW MY FIRST CHOICE, EVERY OPTION WAS SKETCHY WITH NOT MANY HISTORICAL REVIEWS TO JUDGE THEM BY. THE GOOD IS THAT A TO Z WAS EXCELLENT ON COST. THE BAD IS THAT IT TOOK MUCH TOO LONG TO COMPLETE THE JOB. EVERYTHING SEEMED TO BE OK RIGHT UP UNTIL THE TIME THEY FIRST STARTED THE JOB. THEN IT WAS DELAY AFTER DELAY UNTIL 2 1/2 HAD GONE BY. I HAD TO CALL JUST ABOUT EVERY WEEK OR MORE JUST TO GET IT COMPLETED IN THAT AMOUNT OF TIME. THE WORK WAS ACCEPTABLE, NOT EXCELLENT. I WOULD NOT USE A TO Z AGAIN BECAUSE I COULD NOT TRUST THEM TO GET THE JOB DONE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THEIR PRICE IN THE ONLY THING THAT SAVED THEM FROM GETTING AN F RATING.
