I WISH THAT THE CONTRACTOR WOULD HAVE COME TO ME AND ASKED TO REOPEN THE BIDDING WHEN HE REALIZED HE'D BID TOO LOW. INSTEAD HE CUT CORNERS AND DIDN'T DO A COMPLETE JOB.
