Steve has worked with us before, and we've learned that he can be trusted. In the previous visit, he was honest about what didn't need to be done, explained it thoroughly, and did not charge us for unnecessary work.
On this visit, he essentially rebuilt the dryer: belt, rollers, a thermal switch that had failed. He cleaned the motor and blower, checked thoroughly, and advised us that despite its age the dryer was well-built and didn't need replacing any time soon. He also explained the history of the manufacturer as it pertains to the engineering of the machine, and suggested things we may want to watch for in the future.
