The company sent a crew to remove junk out of the shed from the previous owner the very same day. The workers were professional and efficient. They even swept the two sheds out. I liked the service so much that I hired them a second time to remove a washer and dryer from my basement. I would hire them again. The rates are very reasonable and the workers are professional and get the job done quickly.

Nate and Jerry were extremely efficient, professional, and a pleasure to work with. When they realized they would need a second truck they immediately phoned in the situation to Josh, the Operations Manager. He showed up with a second truck before they finished filling the first one. They finished a job in 2 hours that i thought would take at least 4, and that is with spending time and effort to compact the load to try and save me money. Excellent company.

I booked online, which was very easy to do. Straight forward, pick your 2 hour time block.
I had a questions so I called their phone number.
Because they had a lot of calls, the recording took my phone number and said someone would get back to me in 20 min.
The person who called was professional, friendly, easy to talk to, and answered my questions.
I had a follow up call from my online booking to verify.
I had a call in the morning of the pick up to remind me of my booking.
They called to let me know what time they would arrive.
They were early.
The two young men were courteous, polite, willing to answer my questions, They had the job done in minutes.
I told them and I tell you, it made my day to find a company that really cares about customer service.

Called on a Saturday to schedule a pickup. Set up an appointment for Monday, which I later rescheduled for Tuesday morning. Monday evening Josh from the local center called to discuss pricing. He offered to take a full size sofa and 8x10 area rug for the price of $112. We agreed. They arrived on the specified day and took the items.

It didn't go very well because I had a 50 dollar gift certificate and they wouldn't take it on the service on the TV. The TV is a set price of like 56 dollars and I had a fifty dollar coupon that I had got at a charitable event. I actually paid 60 bucks for the damn thing. He acted like he was doing me a favor for transporting one item and I didn't like that. They were there on time.

It went great. Jarvis and Josh arrived and reviewed what needed to be done. They arrived at 1:30 pm and completed the work in 10 min. Some of the items included a large, old TV in the basement and the large TV stand which they broke up in order to get it up the basement stairs. There were several other large items that needed to be removed from the basement. The guys just picked they up and out the junk went. Totally awesome! I found the guys extremely professional and helpful. I would use them again if needed and highly recommend the company.

This location, in Wauwatosa, WI for 1-800-Got-Junk is FANTASTIC!!! Not only is the office wonderful, the young lady I talked to was very friendly and helpful but their drivers are also FANTASTIC!!! I have used them before and have always been very, very happy with their helpful and friendly professionalism. They do what they say they are going to do, on time and always right. Today Will Wagner came to help me, one again FANTASTIC!!!!!

If you are wondering how my old mattress and box spring was in my Condo’s common area garage it is because the guys from the big box store that I bought my new box spring and mattress from left it in a common area, the garage! No kidding, as part of the purchase the guys who delivered it were supposed to take the old one away. They didn’t, they left it in the garage. When I left for work this morning I was horrified to see it there.

Thank goodness the good people of 1-800-Got-Junk and Will Wagner came to my rescue and got it out of there, money well spent!

I had a lot of stuff - old tools, some heavier things, that needed hauling off. Some might have been donated/resold, but mostly not. These guys were professional, responsive, prompt and took everything I had ready to go. My only reason for not hiring again is that the truck space for the money was just not that large.

They did everything they said they would do. They called the morning of the appointment to confirm and give updated ETA. They showed up on time and gave me a cost estimate up front, including recycling fees. The two guys they sent worked their butts off steadily for 4 hours and broke stuff down to optimize the space in the truck.

Great. All I needed to do is point out what I wanted removed and they hauled it away.

Very efficient and timely. Worked at a steady pace and were done hauling out items in a short period of time.

They were okay. I feel like they charged me more than expected. I feel like the $200 worth should have been enough to cover what we had. However, they did show up on time and took the stuff away as I asked.

The service was great and they were wonderful. They were also very helpful. I used them several months ago. I had them remove things from my home. All I had to do was point to the items and they took them away from me. I had them remove my treadmill, it was in great shape, and I was very appreciative that they were careful of my walls and my railings by bringing the treadmill down the big stairwell. They also suggested that they can do big jobs as well as small jobs. They don't put the items in a junk pile, they take things and see that the items can be used to the appropriate place. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and the gentleman who came out. I wished Angie's List would let me give them an A+.

My wife called to schedule the appointment they were friendly and helpful in adivising us of how things would go. On the day of the scheduled appointment, they arrived right on time and were friendly and efficient in the their removal. They cleared out a lot of stuff that we just didn't know how best to deal with (old lumber, old window air conditioner, etc.). The price was extremely reasonable. We used them again when we got to our new house and found some items left by the old owners. We were equally satisified.

They came to pick various items that were of no use to me that were cleaned up from an area of the house. It was to talk with these young men and to here how they recycled items. Very professional and friendly.

Incredibly well. I called this morning, to schedule a pickup for tomorrow afternoon. They indicated they had time this afternoon and thus they exceeded my expectations. They were timely, quick, professional, kind, pleasant and swept out the garage floor for me. I will absolutely call them again. They were amazing!

Truck arrived on time. The two men on the job were courteous and efficient, and finished the job quickly. Basic haul was $99, additional cost for each of the electronic appliances. Still well worth the cost.

My experience with them was excellent! They were timely and what above and beyond for their services through. I used them twice. I think the last one was in July. No additional charges. The guy had more things but I had to work with it before they came. The over-all charge was I think $153. They were prompt, enter here with their plates, come in uniform, very neatly dressed, polite, and extremely helpful.
