I have used him repeatedly. He is honest, on time and a true professional. He does what is needed and doesn’t run up a big bill and is fairly prices.

Called for estimate on routing out my main sewer line out of the house as I suspected (correctly) that it was clogged with tree roots. He returned my call within a day or two and left a message that I interpreted to mean he did not do that kind of work. It sounded like he did not expect a call back, but then he called very early the next morning and left another message saying essentially the same thing. I left a message back thanking him for the call and that I would look elsewhere.

Roger has been our plumber for over 20 years. He also did the plumbing when we remodeled an upstairs bath. We had no concerns about lining him up for the job. We no longer require a firm estimate from him because he is strict about keeping track of his time and materials. He is a hard worker and a real value in today's work world. He also knows his limits if the project is too big for a solo plumber. You can trust him to take a job that he can competently do; otherwise, he will refer you, e.g., boiler work.

Very well. I've used him before and will continue. He is conservative and does not suggest things you don't need.

It went very well. He was prompt and did a great job at a reasonable price.

He is a great guy, very reliable, proactive, and reasonably priced.

Roger came over about 30 minutes after receiving my call because he was in the neighborhood. He told me a maximum it would cost to redo the pipes and offered to work with me when we were redoing our kitchen to get the pipes in at the right time. He was very honest and was not putting on any aires. He let me know that our pipes were in bad shape but could last a while longer.

THIS MOST RECENT JOB BY ROGER HARRIS WAS DONE IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. He has been our plumber for over 20 years but I am a recent member of Angie's List so I decided to contribute a report. He is by far the most reasonably priced plumber on the North Shore.Though his ''rate'' is likely standard, he is more than fair in calculating the time for any job.He consistently underprices the actual time as opposed to other local plumbers we and our neighbors have called. He will decline any work where he believes a more specialized trade is needed(new construction or a complicated hot water heating addition). He will always recommend the most reasonable supplier or is happy for you to purchase the fixtures yourself. A commercial plumbing supplier that we recently used commented that our plumber was the ''nicest, most honest plumber'' in the trade and that I ''had a gem''. He's busy and can't always respond as soon as a customer would like but he always comes through in an emergency

DO YOU KNOW HOW SOMETIMES PEOPLE USE THE PHRASE "GOOD PEOPLE?" WELL, IN MY OPINION, ROGER HARRIS IS GOOD PEOPLE. WE HAD A BUNCH OF MINOR, BUT ANNOYING, PLUMBING PROBLEMS. A NEIGHBOR GAVE US ROGER'S NAME AND SUGGESTED THAT WE GIVE HIM A CALL. I FOUND HIM TO BE A TRUE GENTLEMAN AND CRAFTSMAN. HE FIXED ALL OF OUR SMALL PROBLEMS QUICKLY AND CHEAPLY. HE WAS COURTEOUS, THOROUGH AND VERY POLITE TO MY WIFE AND ME. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE HIM AGAIN.
