they were terrible about servicing my new appliance, The service man was out 5 plus times and left us without our appliance (New ) and almost had to get a lawyer to resolve the issue

I described the problem and gave them the range model and serial numbers so that they were able to order the part in advance. Serviceman arrived in the middle of the 9-12 noon window and finished his work in about 15 minutes. Very clean and professional.
