They gave me a contract that said my bathroom remodel would be done within 60 to 90 days for several thousand dollars. They also assured me they were sending their best guy. After a couple of months of them working minimal hours per day, their best guy did not know what he was doing. gave them more chances then I should have. Finally convincing them that everything was wrong, they provided someone outside the company. Had to tear everything out and start over from scratch. Plumbing was falling apart, tiling had to be removed and redone, also electric was wrong in the end. Had to bring in other electricians to fix and they still have not been paid. Project took a total of 8 months and was never right. They charge for the expensive top line products and in the end purchase the dirt-cheap crap. I had to purchase a lot of the stuff on my own and had to fight them tooth and nail to be compensated. Thay do not know what they are doing. I have done this type of work myself and they did not know this and tried to pull a fast one. Beware of this company, they will take you!!!!

We don't normally leave poor reviews and we're conflicted to leave this one but decided it's important to let others know our experience with Graceful. Had large colored patio poured, brush job was botched. Josh agreed to re-pour but when they re-poured, they didn't color the concrete. We were left with a patio that is two different colors. There was no urgency to fix the issue and we were told "It would lighten up" in the spring. It hasn't. Other issues: - Job was supposed to be done by end of July, wasn't started until late August - Our yard was left a mess with large tracks from trucks and machinery - Brush job on remaining patio is terrible; shoddy work done mostly in the dark. - Fire pit for the patio was put in the wrong spot - Concrete surface collects water in spots We found Josh amiable and really wanted to like this company, but after sitting with their work for a year, this is maddening. We asked to terminate the contract. Josh never responded.

They are great to work with. They do hight quality work, their guys had a blast singing as they worked. The project was completed on time, it was an amazing experience! I recommend graceful for and of your excavation, demolition projects. Call them today!

It went well. Josh was very easy to work with. He was a great communicator.

All things considered, it went very well. In today’s world, it’s a small victory just getting a contractor to respond to an inquiry, let alone battle the supply chain issues, and the ongoing worker shortage. Josh from Graceful was a pleasure to work with, his workers were prompt and knowledgeable, and eager to please. Graceful is one of those companies where you’ll probably find the owner working as a crew member to see that things are done right, and on-time. Fully recommend.

Hands down the best contractor I've worked with, the craftsmanship was phenomenal

Great owner to work with- did removal of old patio and deck, stairs, and landing. Placed in new stone stairs, brick landing, new wooden stairs and patio flooring. Installed retaining wall and landscaping. Finish product looks great- will have them do future projects.
