Real Estate Auctions
Excellent!
.) Met with the family to explain process of the the estate auction and set up date
.) Kept in touch regularly with the family
.) Met with family to explain process of sorting through things so that we could initially go through our parents' personal items and determine what we wanted to keep and what we wanted to sell at auction
.) Set up dates closer to the auction to sort through, separate, and stage the items in flats for the sale
.) Worked very well with the family, because their personalities took into account of what emotions we were going through
.) Arrived very promptly the day of auction to pull staging wagons out of sheds, line up family machinery, and furniture
.) They were very meticulous on where things would be placed in the sale, as this was not their first rodeo!
.) When the bidding started, they kept bidding going on items they knew were worth more, and knew when to end bidding on items of smaller value
.) We worked with Gary and George for the initial set up and subsequent follow up gatherings, and you couldn't find two people who were more energetic and caring, and yet they took our emotions into account!
.) Bob Johnson and Gary Finley were the auctioneers, and they did a great job!
.) All were very professional, and their humor helped our family on that day
.) Great computerized auction system; by the end of the day, we had a computerized report of all line items sold, with their corresponding prices!
.) They made a huge task into an enjoyable experience!
