This spring of 2020 I had all 24 windows of my 1990 colonial saltbox home replaced. I found Empire on HomeAdvisor and chose them because of their reviews. While Empire leads with their vinyl windows, I wanted something more for my home... since they sell many different manufactures, I went with Pella Architect Series. First the price was lower from Empire than it was from Pella of Wisconsin. The most important part of getting new windows is the installation (assuming you got the right windows). The team lead by George K were absolutely outstanding. George always took his shoes off in the house, to was meticulous in detail, he takes pride in his work and expected that from the team he worked with. My garage was cleaner when they left from when they found it (sweeping up). He made sure it was done right! That's what you want on your house. Melissa the owner stopped by a few times to check on the work. She's really easy to work with. She knows from experience that "something" unexpected will happen and she assured it would be handled. Well "something" did happen, we got a damaged window from Pella and there was one window that was the wrong size. Melissa and George immediately handled it and fixed everything. Empire is a local business, not a national chain. I'm very happy with the outcome... and I'm one of those picky Engineering types! Great Job Melissa, George, Lenny and team behind the scenes! I had them come and remodel my windows I have about 32 windows in my house so this was a very big project. They did an excellent job they even were able to accommodate a sky window that other consultants weren t able to do. They also made sure to match the outside panels with the color of my house. They did a fantastic job would definitely recommend them to everyone. Great team and great customer service. Thank you Empire Remodeling for everything.

There are many good things to say about Empire Home Remodeling. To begin the process, we selected three local window vendors. All three came to our house to explain their product line. We don't buy solely on price. Empire had the most professional presentation of the three we considered and we felt no high pressure from the sales rep. Price wise they offered the best product of the vendors at what we felt was a fair price. We were able to purchase triple pane glass for the same price the others were offering for double pane, glass, plus some additional benefits. Windows came with a lifetime transferable warranty. This can be a benefit when selling ones property. We felt confident that the measurements were accurate as they double checked before placing the window order. They were willing to work to our schedule as we had some major issues confronting us when it came time for the install. When it came time for installation the installer was very concerned that things were done right. He was very neat and left our premises in great shape. We feel we made the right decision because if we had a question of any type Empires owner, Melissa, dealt with it herself. We did not have to deal with a list of people in order to get an answer. We felt this to be very reassuring. In addition, Melissa, visited our house several times during the install of the windows to see if all was going well. Empire did a phenomenal project completion. They installed 19 windows within 2 days and they did and excellent job, they cleaned up after themselves and left my home and windows looking remarkable. If I need any future window or door work I am calling them back. Empire even price matched the competitors and they guaranteed their work. I am extremely pleased with the results. Great service from sales through project completion. I had a whole house sided and trim replaced. I wanted a very specific look to a 1922 vintage farmhouse and they were able to deliver exactly that.

Excellent customer service start to end by all. High quality product at an affordable cost.

We had the pleasure of working with a great group of people during the window installation of a couple of our rental units. These people care about their clients and will go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. We had a small incident with our order and Melissa made sure it was taken care of. They even took care of installing the casing for one of our units for free. The installers are respectful, detail minded and folks who clearly care about the work they do. I will be going back to Empire for all my future window orders.

Even though it took a couple of months to get the custom door and sidelight windows made , it was worth the wait. Our house is almost 100 years old and it wasn't an easy replacement. Will and his partner did an amazing job installing it all.

They were a great company to work with. They showed up on time. They were very professional and courteous. They did a great job cleaning up after they were done. The new windows look great. We would highly recommend using them.

The workers arrived on time as agreed. Most of the job was completed in the first day and finished by noon the next day. Melissa, the owner, was very responsive to my questions and personally came to my house to inspect the final results. I truly appreciated the time and attention she provided to me as her customer.

Needed replacement windows for house I am planning on selling. Salesperson very good at helping me choose a product that was appropriate for my needs, both in quality and price. They were able to exactly match my exiting trim on my house. The final price was within $300.00 of the original estimate. The job was a bit delayed, but they were able to work with my schedule in order to reschedule the job at a time convenient to me. It also took 3 days instead of 2 due to illness of work crew. They complete all indoor work so I did not need to be home while they finished. The windows look and work great. My house in much warmer an I would definitely consider using Empire for future projects.

We were very pleased with entire process. The crew showed up on time. They were finished before noon. The dumpster was removed the same day so we were able to park in the driveway. They cleaned everything up and gave us a great price. We are currently working on another project with Empire because we were pleased with how everything went.

Empire did an excellent job on the project replacing my roof, fascia, soffit, and gutters on both my house and garage.

They were right on time as scheduled and they completed sooner than expected.

Empire Home Remodeling replaced windows in my home. I was kept very informed throughout the entire process. Melissa in the office stayed in touch every step of the way. The installers showed up on time and they did a good job cleaning up after themselves. I would absolutely use them again on other projects.

The sales person spent a lot of time explaining the make up of the window. He listened to our needs and found the perfect window for us. There was a small issue with the window, but Empire's response to the issue was great.

Empire Home Remodeling replaced 8 windows in our home. The process was very smooth. The salesman was very informative and presented us with many different options. We even decided to upgrade to a wood grain after we signed the contract. We are very happy with the product as it is a very good quality. Finally, the installers were fantastic.
