Zimbrick Acura

I have taken it in a couple of times.

I take my car there because my Aura is under warranty. They do fantastic work. Their follow up is fantastic, their lender car program, everything, time, their availability, how they greet you, how they communicate with you. They are very, very good.

It was great. When my car acted up, I called them up, and got my car towed over there. He told me they were booked up for a couple of days, but he worked my car in and they were done the next day.

It was sloppy and brought back images of slick used car salesmen. I went through the internet to get a quote, I got a MSRP amount and asked that I call. I called and was transferred me 3-4 times, finally a person told me that he can give me a competitive price if I can come into the shop to and quot;do a test driveand quot; to get a and quot;good dealand quot;. When I asked for simply a quote, he transferred me and that's when the phone hung up on me.

No problems.

There is nothing I dislike about those people. I am sure that their prices are probably a little higher than some other places in terms of just basic oil changes and simple maintenance. But they take of me and I just feel like I don't have to worry about my car ever. I can really talk to them and they suggest me something that has to be done now and what would happen if I don't. They are really good to me and don't bug me about stuff and just listen. They told me if my car wasn't fine I can bring it back to them. They don't shut me down. I paid $60 only for the gas which they replaced and the remaining for service so I felt like it was higher than the other places. But it was a deal that if it had not fixed the problem I knew that I could go back there and ask them about it. I feel the sense of security and they more than likely know what they are talking about.

These guys are wonderful. I've had good experiences with Acura dealership. Their prices are great as well.

Everything went very well. The vehicle had suffered some recent hail damage from a storm and they offered to lower the price and fix all of the dents as well. I was satisfied with the experience.

My experience with Zimbrick Acura was very good. They were efficient, did it while I waited and stuck with their price.

They do a really good job. I wasn’t particularly happy with this visit. However, I have been going to them for years and I am satisfied with them. They are a little bit pricey.

The service advisor's are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They are very responsive, good listeners, and helpful. The dealership is very easy to work with. Sometimes the prices seem a little high.

They are very good at scheduling, the service is excellent, I think that the service person I talk to to is very open on what will work or not work, she give an open and honest opinion. The only problem is that they are very expensive.
