Watch Repair
Everything turned out excellent. The only negative part of the experience was that we didn’t get a call to say when it was done. We called after 3-4 weeks and they said that it had been done a couple of weeks ago. In all fairness though, they did tell us that it would be two weeks, but we kind of expected them to call us when they were done. I have used them off and on for lots of years, generally to replace broken watch crystals, especially ones that are difficult to find. They always seem to be able to find the crystals. They always have competitive rates on repair. I would recommend them to others.
