The install of the waterline went very smooth and fast. Travis ran a pex line from the copper to a new shut off valve for the ice maker, then made the final connection with a nice long steel braid hose. I appreciated that they used quality parts to complete this part of the job. The outdoor faucets were original to the house, were in awkward spots and were soldered to the copper. Travis was not only able to replace them without issue, but also installed threaded couplings on so they can be replaced in the future with much less labor! Overall, very quick job and installed quality parts.

Due to a previous clog, I knew that the floor drain had disintegrated due to age and needed to be replaced.  I called Stoppleworth and they were able to schedule within 2 weeks on a day I already had taken off of work.   They were scheduled to arrive at 8:00 but didn't show up until 8:50 a.m.  I had to call to find out they were stuck in traffic.  Once they started jackhammering the concrete basement floor, they discovered the pipe was also disintegrating.  They had to keep jackhammering to find a decent section of pipe to attach the new PVC pipe to.  This involved moving my hot water heater.  They weren't finished by the end of the workday so made arrangements to come back the next day to pour the new concrete even though I was leaving on vacation. They also made sure the hot water heater was hooked up again so I'd have hot water that evening.  They did a pretty good job of cleaning up the dirt they had dug out of the basement.

Called provider at around 10:00am.  Requested service ASAP.  Was given a 3:00pm appt time same day.
Serviceman arrived at 3:50pm.  He was professional and polite.
He fixed the problem in 45 minutes and also diagnosed and fixed two other unrelated plumbing issues that he noticed while working on the primary complaint.
Worksite was left clean and tidy.  The bill was $125 before deducting a $25 Angie's List coupon.  Final bill was $100.
This is the second time that I have hired this provider.  The ONLY complaint that I have with this provider is that today, they were almost an hour late with no call indicating that they would be late.  When compared to other plumbers that I have dealt with in the past, the timeliness issue is pretty darn small.
Bottom line is that I would definitely recommend this organization to others and also will call upon them again if I need help in my own home or any of my rental units.

Things went very smoothly. They were easy to schedule and they came when they said they would come. The work was thorough and prompt. The worker did the job very efficiently. We have used them for other projects as well.

After calling several area plumbers, it was clear I was a priority for Stoppleworth. They scheduled me right away and arrived within the one hour window specified. I had a job that seemed like it would entail cutting an access panel through the drywall. Instead, the plumber did a thorough investigation and surmised that the sound I had heard resembling a steady drip in a drainage pipe was actually the hot water expanding the PVC pipe that was in contact with the wall frame. He then tested it to be sure. He saved me hundreds and an ugly wall scar by not cutting the access panel first. 
Since that was such a quick solution, I asked him to tackle another small job. He worked quickly to solve my issue despite a couple of unexpected setbacks. The charge was more than reasonable. Stoppleworth is going on my speed dial for plumbing repair work. 

After an initial scheduling error on their part and then a cancellation on our part, they arrived (on-time) for the "third" appointment and everything went great!  In a half hour, not only did they diagnose and repair the problem with our shower, but they also noticed our toilet was running and repaired that problem for us as well.

When you are a first time person trying to pick out stuff, you just don't know what to pick out and they didn't help me with any advice in regards to what I needed. When you talk to somebody on a daily or weekly basis, especially when you talk to a woman they should give you that advice. I think that was bad. I would only use them again to fix their mistakes otherwise I will use somebody else.

Everything went well from first contact to conclusion.  This included an unexpected need to accomodate our schedule when a water main to our house broke the night before the service call was scheduled.  The technician, Travis, did everything he could to manage his calls on the day we were scheduled so that he could do the work without delay but after our other problem was fixed!  When Travis arrived he diagnosed and explained the problem to me, and did a thorough, efficient installation of a new water heater.  The old one was removed without delay.  He took caution to protect carpeting, etc. and let no evidence of his work other than a fully functioning new water heater!   Everything was done very well and I so appreciated the quick response to what could have been a major inconvenience in the midst of a holiday week. THANK YOU for the great job.

Greg stopped by, discussed the 5 items I had questions about. We agreed to tackle only 3 of the 5 because Greg had great suggestions for the other 2 that did not require his efforts. Not only that, but another idea he had saved us additional money on one of the other repairs. How wonderful it was to deal with someone like that! After setting up an appointment, Greg actually showed up to do the work himself. He was extremely efficient and cleaned up after himself nicely.

We were informed by our house inspector (and the Sears guy) that we needed new master water on/off switches in the utility room because the ones we had were corroded. We were also having problems with the drain in the full bathroom. We called Stoppleworth and scheduled them to come out to look at these issues. We also bought a new Delta faucet directly from Stoppleworth.
They came at the appointed time and did both jobs efficiently and successfully. The work looks great, and so does the new faucet. The repair tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I would definitely use them again.
