Day One: Installer arrived on time and appeared to perform a routine Hopper install. The job could not be finished without an additional receiver and the upgrade would have to be finished another day. Early that evening we noticed that our Dell XPS tablet was missing. We looked in the obvious spots and it was no where to be found. Our first thought was that the installer may have it picked it up by mistake. We made a call to the number he left and he did not return call. Calls to the company were received but further communication has not been forth coming.
Day Two: a different installer came to finish the job and did a great job. The total install came to $300 which was a bit higher than we bargained for Add it to the missing tablet and it comes out to $650. Picture quality and equipment are excellent.
