 + -1 moreIt was a great experience. Don is a positive hard working person who takes great pride in his work. He communicates well and laid out the tile so that we could understand what he was trying to describe. It was a big step for us and he picked up on that. He knew just what to do to ease our concerns. The nook he built into the shower is wonderful, I'm so glad he suggested it. He kept us informed where things were at and allowed us time to paint before he laid the tile. Not being familiar with any of this, he was patient and explained things in detail so that we were sure to get the best result. This included how long to run the fan in order for his work that day to dry. There were no surprises and the outcome was far grander than I ever imagined.Thank you Don.
Description of Work: Don Ackerman (608) 712-1263 Email: info@showermasters.com I would recommend Don to anyone wanting tile installed. He is at the top of his trade. He's curtious, has attention to detail, cleans up after himself after each day, and was able to provide us with direction on our bathroom remodel. In addition to installing the tile, Don repaired drywall in areas where there was no tile, and moved an air duct. His pricing is very fair. Anyone who has the privilege of having Don in their home to do tile will not be disappointed. We are extremely happy with the work he did. Special Note for those of you who rely on email communication. You'll get the best results interacting with Don using the phone. He works long hours and may not get back to you as quickly using email.
