It was a great experience.
Don is a positive hard working person who takes great pride in his work. He communicates well and laid out the tile so that we could understand what he was trying to describe. It was a big step for us and he picked up on that. He knew just what to do to ease our concerns.
The nook he built into the shower is wonderful, I'm so glad he suggested it.
He kept us informed where things were at and allowed us time to paint before he laid the tile.
Not being familiar with any of this, he was patient and explained things in detail so that we were sure to get the best result. This included how long to run the fan in order for his work that day to dry.
There were no surprises and the outcome was far grander than I ever imagined.Thank you Don.
