As first time homebuyers, we were a little nervous about the experience. Sharon was knowledgeable and friendly, and sincerely wanted to make us comfortable. She responded to phone calls and emails amazingly fast! She answered all of our questions, and even brought up some things that we hadn't thought to ask. Sharon made buying a house a smooth and enjoyable process.

The real total commission for her and the buyer’s agent was like about $10000. She was dedicated with her job. She did a good job for us. Her price is typical.

Very nice, very confident, seemed very able. She’s doing well. It’s not her fault that the market is like this; she’s doing what she can. You can’t knock them on the head and drag them in. If it doesn’t sell, there’s no price which is good. Our timing; we put it on the market after the stimulus and incredibly low mortgage rates. It's not her fault.

We can't say enough about Sharon. She went above and beyond any job description of a Realtor - she truly became a friend! We moved to Wisconsin from California in September 2007. We knew literally nothing about the area, including things like where safer neighborhoods were. On a weekend trip here to research this information, I met Sharon at an Open House. I was specifically interviewing each of the Realtors I met at different Open Houses because I knew we would ultimately purchase a home here. Since we had a house for sale at the time in California, we needed to rent a place before we could buy. Sharon immediately struck me as experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. She took me to see 10 homes that week, just to show me what to expect in the area. Sharon kept track of us the whole time we were still in California. She sent us listings of rentals, and even went as far as to visit one of the places for us! Once we got here, she patiently waited as we experienced ups and downs in the sale of our home. We visited numerous houses (more than I can count), and put an offer on three. Because of various external reasons, none of these offers went through. It was a pain, but Sharon was professional with both us and the selling agents the whole time. Even though we thought we knew where we wanted to live, Sharon had grown to know us on a personal level, and could anticipate some of our desires before even WE knew of them! She ultimately showed us a fabulous house with qualities we didn't know we wanted, in a fantastic neighborhood that we had never heard of, with great neighbors - it was perfect for us! Sharon worked diligently with us for over a year, was never once rude or impatient with us, always anticipated our needs, and ultimately got us a great house. We can't recommend this fantastic woman enough.
