Yes, I would use them again. The make of our vehicle keeps us going back. It takes them about an hour to complete the work. I think the waiting area offers water and coffee.

I used Middleton Ford.  I was there two weeks ago.  I would tell others they were very quick on there service.  When they got the part in it took them a little bit of time to get it done. 

$580 later, the truck was the same. No change. After taking it back two more times, they found nothing. I ended up taking it to a local  service station and in 1 hour they replaced a vacuum hose and fixed the problem for $38. They also told me that 2 of the spark plugs did not  appear to have been replaced ( all the way to the back).

I called Middleton Ford when my cart just stopped during rush hour. They recommended a towing business, and provided a free loaner to get me to work. And it was still complimentary after the repair turned out to be more minor then we had assumed.

Everything wen't well but I ate too many of their warm Chocolate Chip cookies while waiting for them to look at the vehicle.

I wanted to look for a car without pressure to buy, and went to Middleton Ford among other dealerships in the area. Derek Brown was the sales person who approached me to assist. When I told him I had no interest in buying, I was just looking and what my specifications were, he continued to be very friendly and patient, showing NO signs that he might have better things to do or that I might be wasting his time, nor did he pressure me at all. After getting less than this kind of attention from other dealerships, I return several days later with my husband, and with him we test drove 2 cars and then chose the one we bought. Derek was willing to negotiate the price and overall the service was excellent.

They were reasonable. They took a little while longer than they said they would. They did not have the parts with them. They did a good job otherwise. I spent $600 on that work.

The service manager suggested that I only replace the bad coil and that replacing all the spark plugs was an unnecessary expense. Labor costs were reasonable and the truck has run great ever since. Only downside was that the parts were expensive.

They are very good. I've always had very good luck with them. I don't know of anytime that I felt they were trying to push products on me. They just feel like good people.
