After I picked up my dog and returned home, I looked at?her face, and the crust that she gets under her eyes wasn't washed off. I called the salon the same day?and said that?the face wasn't clean, expecting them to cheerfully address the problem, but the owner(?) said that the dog had been?fully washed and that it was just a stain. But the hard?crust on her fur is different from the stain that has soaked?into her fur?(which I didn't expect to be washed away). I do expect the crust to be washed off her face.?She said I could bring the dog back in, but it was too grudging an offer. So the main problems were the quality of the shampoo and the responsiveness.? One other suggestion for improvement- it's nice to be able to hand your?tip right to the groomer who did the work. I never got to see?the actual groomer. But the previous dog grooming experience I had at Pet Agree?was excellent, so I bumped the overall grade way up to a "B".

It went very well. We dropped her off at approximately 9:30am that morning and they told us she would be ready at 3:00pm. Everything went as planned, especially since they were very busy that day and short one groomer. The only frustrating part was that they only accept cash or check. Although it is posted, this was not mentioned verbally as an added reminder. We only had debit and credit cards and ended up paying several unnecessary ATM fees. They should tell new clients about this policy verbally so they are sure to come back with the acceptable form of payment and avoid the hassle for all.

I got there and they took her in the back. They gave me a call a couple
hours later to let me know she was finished and she had a cute little
bandanna on when I picked her up. She looked great and smelled
wonderful.
