I am very satisfied overall, but the job took about two months longer than stated. All workers were very professional. They were all careful to clean up after their day of work.
Description of Work: Imhoff Homebuilders put in a large egress window in the basement. They also replaced the flooring from carpet to artificial wood covering. They opened stairwell and added a lot more lighting.

Description of Work: They came out and looked at the damage to our drywall due to cold weather. They let us know what we could do to fix this ourselves. We were very impressed and appreciated their honesty.

The discussion with Mr. Imhoff went very well. He had some good ideas for not losing too much area to the drywalling. A precise written estimate arrived a couple of weeks after his visit. My husband and I are still in the process of exploring alternative approaches to basement finishing and have not made a final decision. Mr. Imhoff is the owner of Fix 'Em Home Repair, which is the only company I ever call for handyman jobs. This is what led me to get an estimate from him for this small construction job.
Description of Work: This appointment was simply to get an estimate on a conventional basement remodel.

It is half done. His work has been very good. He shows up on-time. He answers all my questions. He anticipates needs and so far he is on schedule.
