J T S Painting

This painter and his employee spent a significant amount of time covering and taping any and all areas to be protected. All heat vents were removed, cleaned and SPRAY PAINTED to match the new wall colors, a big improvement since several were a bit rusted. The flexible caulking where baseboards meet the wall lent a professional look to my almond colored walls and white ceilings. Naturally, I kept finding areas that could be improved from the time of my last (non-professional) painting. The two men were flexible and willing to do the extra work. I asked if the company stained decks and railings. Mr. Sweeney had significant experience in this work and so I asked that my deck, on the 3rd story of my condo, be stained as well. I had had this work done 14 months ago, but approximately 1/3 of the stain had faded. So, JTS sanded the deck (with a vacuum sander so as not to subject my downstairs neighbor to dust), stained and sealed my deck for only the cost of the stain, $37.00/gal. The drywall repair was expertly painted and sanded and I can no longer find the areas that had so badly deteriorated. I am now considering other re-painting in my condo and will absolutely have J.T.S. PAINING do all my work. I was told that all work was guaranteed for one year and that if I was unhappy with anything about the work, to contact them at any time.
