Georgiana came to our home with samples of different shades, helped us select the type and color, and measured the windows. She was easy to work with and gave helpful advice. The shades arrived in just a few weeks and were put up by the company's installer. Georgiana arrived during the installation to make sure everything was going well. The shades fit the windows well and look great! When they are folded up, they are not very noticeable and they give good coverage when pulled down. I hope to use Incredible Windows again.

The entire process could not have gone more smoothly--and the results were excellent. Georgi was very punctual, she offered great advice and did not rush us into a purchase. It is obvious she wants customers to be happy with their blinds. And, then she came back to our house to view the finished results and made certain we were satisfied. The installer she used was also great. He was punctual and extremely competent. I can only imagine how long it would have taken my husband and me to install just the two smaller blinds! We will definitely use them again as we need more blinds.

Georgie provided a great service to my wife and I for getting new blinds for our house. She provided many samples and suggestions as to what type of blinds we should get. The price and warranty were great and the installer was very quick and professional installing the blinds. We installed our first floor first and went back to finish our basement. We purchased the light blocking blinds for our bedrooms and they work great, even during the day putting the blinds down blacks out the room. Would definitely suggest going with Georgie for any window treatments.

The window coverings are of excellent quality. Georgia was positive and motivated to help me purchase the best blinds for my home., She came the day when the blinds were installed to make sure I received what I had ordered and that everything worked properly. One of the curtains had a defect in it and she was there to see it. She ordered a new one at no charge, as it was covered by Hunter Douglas. I waited a number of weeks to have the new one installed due to "being behind", which was alright with me but someone else may not be happy with. The issue I was not happy with was when she told her installer on the day of the installation that she had to come back to my home to show me samples when I was deciding on the coverings. She neglected to mention that she initially came to my house at 4 pm on Friday of a holiday weekend, telling me that she had 2 other homes to stop at and after that was going away for the weekend.

We cannot say enough good things about Georgi and Incredible Windows. We built a house last year and are slowly having blinds installed, as budget allows. She is thorough and wonderful in communication. She isn't a pushy saleswoman, but listens to what you need and what your budget is. If there are issues with installation or problems after, they are quick to fix them. We love our blinds and were thrilled to work with Georgi.

We had Georgi come to the house to meet with my wife and go over options for our new window coverings. That interaction went very well and they were able to narrow down the possible choices to just a few. We then had Georgi come back out to finalize our decision and place our order. She was headed out of town on vacation, but made sure that our order was placed before she left and we had our new shades installed two weeks later. We received excellent sales and installation services and will be placing another order with Incredible Windows later this year!

Extremely well. Both Georgi and her installer, Eric, are very professional. I couldn't imagine a more positive experience with both the quality of product and customer service. The Hunter Douglas products are pricey, but very high quality.

We needed to replace a malfunctioning Hunter-Douglas Power Rise Duette blind that we had purchased ~10 years ago from Eddie Z's in Madison. The motor had stopped working and a replacement motor was unavailable, so we contacted Georgi at Incredible Windows! What a pleasure to work with a professional like her. She visited our home within a week of contacting her, patiently explained all of the options available to us, and then promptly executed our order, including the scheduling of an excellent installer. Our experience with Georgi was a pleasant difference from working with Eddie Z's (won't go back there again!). We will work with Incredible Windows! for all our future window treatment needs.

It went exceptionally well. Georgi is exceptionally professional and was very meticulous about measurements. She was helpful in choosing The design and color. She pointed out at any discounts available. There were updates letting me know when the order went in when it was to be delivered and setting up a time for the installer. The installer was professional and the results are marvelous. I am very pleased at the outcome.I would highly recommend this company for any window treatments.

Georgi is amazingly responsive--when you email, she will get right back to you. She is very prompt, a great commmunicator (always confirms appointments), and is very comfortable to work with. I had done a bit of research on the Hunter Douglas website, so knew basically what I was looking for. Georgi and I quickly arrived at a final choice on the blinds by looking through her extensive sample collection, and she provided some very helpful feedback to narrow down the choices. She is quick with a tape measure, and the measurements come out perfect every time! The process was very quick, however I know she would have taken as much time as I needed if I were undecided or wanted to see more options. Also, with Georgi, you do not get a "hard sell." She wants to help you find what YOU want. Georgi works with a top-notch installer, and is sure to email his picture ahead of the installation appointment so that you know who is showing up at your door. She is very good at follow-up after installation to be sure that everything is just right. We could not have been happier with her work, and recommend her unconditionally and enthusiastically.

Georgi was wonderful to work with. This was my first time purchasing window coverings/blinds and I wasn't sure what I wanted to do or how to even start the process. The quality of Hunter Douglas products is excellent and we like that they are made in the USA. Georgi is so knowledgeable about all of the Hunter Douglas products that she made choosing the blinds easy. It would have been so overwhelming on our own! Georgi is so pleasant, prompt, responsive, and courteous. The installer she works with, John, was also very professional. I was sent a photo of him ahead of time and he was prompt, neat, and friendly. My order was eligible for a rebate from Hunter Douglas so Georgi came to the house the day of the install both to see how things were going and to give me the rebate paperwork that she had already filled out for me. I just signed it and sent it in. She even had the envelope stamped! I just could not be happier with the services and will definitely get more window treatments with Georgi and her team in the future.
