+ -1 moreI live in an Encore home that is only 2 years old. I had a problem with my concrete driveway falling apart. I contacted them multiple times and each time was treated with complete and utter disrespect. I even spoke with the top guy there named Chad. He used profane language multiple times towards me while I was trying to have an adult conversation. I requested some addition information and was completely disregarded on multiple occasions. This isn't even about the issue with the driveway anymore. The way I was treated by Chad was so profoundly unprofessional that if I could I would give them ZERO stars. I DO NOT recommend ever working with them.
