 + -1 moreThe real estate agent we worked with suggested we talk to Bob Carlson with regards to obtaining a mortgage. Bob was an absolute gem. He literally held our hands through our first home buying experience and was available 24/7 to talk me through all the associated fears and stresses involved. I honestly can't imagine having found someone with more experience, patience and attention to detail. Bob has gone so far above and beyond that when he came across a potential concern in our neighborhood he picked up the phone 4 months after closing to give us a heads up!
