+ -1 moreExcellent! Reasonably priced, well built construction, flexible in proposing changes that fit within a budgeted amount, job site well managed, responsive when I had questions.
Description of Work: Major (for me) addition to 1000 sq ft ranch. Added 600 sq ft addition with full basement. Also replaced all windows/electrical on 3 season porch in 2013

+ -1 moreConsidering the impact of the remodel, it went very well. They took great time and effort to move quickly once work started, while the house was exposed. There were a few late nights to make sure everything was kept dry. Everyone worked well why we lived in the house during the remodel and were willing to work around our schedule. A very detailed contract up front made it clear who was doing what and paying for what.
Description of Work: They added a 2nd story addition to my ranch style home.
