Furniture - Sales
We Bought the furniture about a month and a half ago. The same day one of our cushions got damaged. Guardian, the product insurance service provider, who we bought a protector warranty would not uphold their end and supply a new cusion. We contacted Ashley Furniture and they canceled our policy, and replaced the cushion. We were very pleased how they handled the situation, instead of how the warranty company handled it.
