We have been to All Pets many times with our last dog Riley and our current dog Roux. We normally see Dr. Kraft (LOVE her!!) but have seen Dr. Schweitzer on two occasions as well and she was great too. I love the staff and the atmosphere, I love how my dog is treated like she was one of the staff's pets. They are appropriately priced for good vet medicine and even though we live near Sun Prairie, we drive all the way to Middleton for our dog because they are the best.

I love them! They are very friendly and care for your pets. I give them the highest endorsement I possibly could.

All Pets is the best veterinary service ever! Wesley, my collie, and I have been going there ever since I brought Wesley home at 10 weeks old. When Wesley was about 4 years old he started to lose weight, his energy was low, he had no appetite, his eyes were red and draining. I thought he was going to die! Dr. Erickson figured out what was going on. We followed his instructions and 6 years later I have a FABULOUS, HEALTHY 10 year old dog. Dr. Erickson is brilliant! He always explains what's going on so that you can understand why he does what he does. He encourages questions and always says to feel free to call him if I have any concerns. He means it. I know that because I call more than the average pet owner. He responds in the same day. If you need a referral they know some wonderful specialists!! We have been referred to a wonderful surgeon and eye doctor. So you are always in good hands. The Staff at All Pets is the best! Everyone at the clinic treats your pet like royalty! No wonder Wesley isn't afraid to go to see Dr. Erickson! I love Wesley more than ever and it's comforting to know that if he runs into trouble I have a great place to go!

I've used this clinic and Dr. Kraft in particular for years. Always I'm impressed by the amount of time she takes with my animals. If the solution isn't simple she will research and send more options after the visit. Her care during the medical decline of my elderly dog was supportive and flexible. I never feel pressured to have more tests or procedures than I'm comfortable with or can afford. Top notch all around!

I have used them for a long time. They are very responsive and are easy to get a hold of on the phone. They have helped me many times. They have reasonable pricing. They really are very wonderful. The only thing they don't have is an emergency hospital but I accessed one nearby when needed.

This was our first visit to the clinic. I brought our dog in because he has aggressive behaviors that are escalating as he gets older. All the staff were so professional and friendly, and were genuinely interested in our dog. Our doctor Mary spent over 45 minutes with me assessing the problem and providing us with a great set of options. She even copied sections of a textbook for me. Our dog had an ear infection that I wasn't even aware of and she identified and treated that problem. I've never felt such concern or care from a vet before. With two medications and a couple of tests I thought the price was reasonable,too. We will be back and be sure to highly recommend All Pets to others!!

Mary Kraft is wonderful. She has a calm and reassuring way with animals. The entire staff is friendly and professional.

All Pets Veterinary Clinic Inc. have very reasonable prices. They're on time. Anytime you call and you need to get in, they can get you in.

I've worked w/ Dr. Kraft and this clinic's staff for 8 years and I've never had a complaint. I get very complete information about standard options, alternative options, and available but pricey options that I may or may not choose to access w/ them or other more specialized clinics. It's all provided with a love for animals that's always obvious. My pets like going!

After recently moving to the area I needed a vet for my Beagle/Basset. All Pets was able to schedule an appointment promptly. During the appointment everyone was very friendly and considerate.

All Pets was on schedule for the appointment. They were very friendly and helpful. The tests were thorough and they told us what to watch out for health-wise in an older dog. They gave us advice on dog food, shampoo, flea/tick medication, etc. which was great for first time dog owners. They seem to have a practical approach to pet care. They tell you everything you should know but they avoid being alarmist about the things you have no control over. We plan to switch our cat over to All Pets as well.

We have used All Pets for eight years and every time I feel they spend as much time as needed with each of our cats. The vets are compassionate and the staff helpful and knowledgeable. They send out reminder cards, bereavement cards when a pet dies, and even a follow up call after an appointment, if appropriate. We are very blessed to have found All Pets; I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Erickson is very nice and always does a great job of getting my dog to relax in the vet's office. He gives her lots of treats and attention while performing the exam and speaks with me throughout. He is very patient with all of my questions and provides as much information as I want. The entire staff is very friendly and responsive. We haven't had to wait more than a minute in the waiting area before going to the examination room. And I haven't had to wait very long to get an appointment. I can usually get an appointment within a couple hours or days of when I call.

I would give them an A overall.

AWESOME, WONDERFUL, FANTASTIC, - there just aren't enough words to express how much we love All Pets and the entire staff. We came across All Pets while we were fostering cats / kittens for a local organization who relied on the love and care that All Pets provides. After our initial visit with a foster kitty we introduced Dr. Mary Kraft (one of the owners) to our dog Rusty who was a rescue and had some emotional scars from previous homes. He wasn't with us for long and we knew we needed to find a new vet that understood his emotional needs not only his medical ones. Let me tell you that Dr. Kraft sat on the floor and played, talked to and gave treats to Rusty and got him through the majority of his exam before he even knew it. We knew right then and there that this was the clinic for us. We now have 5 cats and 2 dogs (yes you did read that correctly) and over the course of 5 years had fostered over 70 cats and kittens with three litters being born at our house over that during. Each one was seen by any one of the 4 wonderful vets at All Pets. They laugh with you, they cry with you when you lose a pet (even a foster kitten that needs to be put to sleep due to genetic issues that there is no treatment for). You can imagine with the number of our own pets that we have (and we no longer foster) the cost involved but All Pets prices fairly, and they offer a multi pet discount (thank heaven) and NEVER jump to the most expensive form of treatment. They talk amongst each other when needed for second opinions on situations that are not common and of course you have to take each pet and circumstance into consideration individually which is what they do. The two vets that we see the most are Dr. Erin Haroldson and Dr. Mary Kraft however we have had the the opportunity to work with Dr. Steve Erickson as well who is fantastic. A new addition to the clinic is Dr. Natalie Schweitzer who worked at All Pets during her training. Unfortunately we are going to be moving to Arizona later this year (transfer for my husband) and all I want to do is pack up All Pets and take them with us. I don't know that we'll EVER find another vet clinic like All Pets. If you're looking for a Vet Clinic in the Madison, WI area then look no further.

They do a good job with my dog.

I like the care they provided for my pets. They treated them like part of my family.
