Called Bob Sprung with water seeping into basement Monday morning. Bob and Carl arrived in 45 minutes, found problem, back to their shop to make a part, replaced rusted pipe and junctions, had us back in service in about 2 hours. Excellent Service!

Bob and his sons arrived on time and went straight to work.  They disengaged and emptied the pressure tank in the basement.  When they could not remove the pump by hand, they did have to drive their truck into the backyard to use their winch.  They did put down a couple layers of plywood to distribute the weight of the truck to protect my yard and patio.  They also laid down a significant amount of plastic sheeting to protect my patio from all the pipes that were pulled out of the well.  The pump was installed and tested several times.  Despite the job taking a couple hours longer than expected, Bob actually came in lower than the quote.  Now, 9 months later, the pump works wonderfully and we can cheerfully recommend these guys.  They came in at 60-70% of the plumbing contractors in the Brookfield area who charge premium rates and did a great job.  I would strongly recommend these guys all day long.

We had a gas leak in our basement that was detected by smell and confirmed by an emergency visit by WeEnergies.  Bob and his son were here early Monday morning to assess the leaks, said they'd be back at a certain time, and were!  They are kind, efficient, reasonable, and most important, trustworthy.

Owner came to check problem within 2 days of first call. It wasn't an emergency since heat was still up to temp, but furnace was not performing as expected. Diagnosed problem. Next day had new furnace delivered and made measurements for connectors. Arrived the following day, on time at 7:15AM and had new furnace installed by 10AM. Works great. I am a renter in the house so I don't know the cost, which was paid by the owner. All coodination was with me directly. Office staff very responsive.

The experience was great. I had waited a long time to finish off the basement, and connect the hydronic heating system. Sprang came and installed the remaining components in a clean and efficient manner.
