They were the subcontractors. I did not pay them directly but I paid the contractor $14000 which included the installation of a generator. It turned out to be good. This was the first time that I had used them. They were professional and prompt. I would use them again in the future but I would contact them directly and not through a contractor as I had some issues with my contractor.

They did an excellent job and were punctual. They knew their job well and since our house is old, they knew the issues and addressed it correctly. They were personable and finished the job on time. I was very satisfied and will their services in future.

When we called John to schedule an estimate for the work, he was able to come within the week and worked around our schedule. He followed up after we received the estimate and was able to schedule the work within the week. His plumbers were very curtious. They took the time to ask questions about where we wanted everything. They were punctual and cleaned up very well behind themselves once the work was done. John called after the work was done to ensure that we were happy with the work. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!

We are not sure how much their services were. We paid one bill to the main contractor. We were very pleased with the overall job they did. We met with the plumbers and they were very personable. They were very fun. When we had questions, well they answered them right away. We have had no problems with the work they did.

The estimator (John) arrived on time and seemed very knowledgeable. The estimate was a little higher than some, but I was more confident with John/JD Wilson than the others I tried. I am willing to pay a little extra for competence and good work. The installer (Greg?) arrived right on schedule on the appointed day, and worked quickly and with great professionalism. The job was done exactly as I was expecting. I will use them again in the future!

WOW! BOB THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME, POLITE, WORKED STEADILY WITHOUT STOPPING, WAS GLAD TO EXPLAIN THINGS TO ME & CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. JOB CAME IN ABOVE ESTIMATE BECAUSE I ASKED FOR MORE TO BE DONE. VERY PROFESSIONAL. RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND TO ME. WHEN NECESSARY, MORE PLUMBERS SHOWED UP TO HELP OUT (CARRY ANCIENT 80-GALLON HOT WATER HEATER OUT, FOR EXAMPLE). MADE SURE I HAD WORKING PLUMBING EACH DAY BEFORE HE LEFT. ALSO USED A JACKHAMMER & POURED CONCRETE WELL.
