Estimate was way off! Rob came with a couple of workers and they did the work specified in the estimate. They did a nice job however we were presented with a bill that was 60% over the original estimate. Rob chose not to use primer but instead to use two coats of the same paint. We did not change color, but the bare spots did need two coats; whether it was two coats of paint, or 1 primer & 1 paint, same labor involved.
