Nathan arrived early for the appointment and ready to proceed with the inspection. He explained the process of the home inspection and what to expect. We were able to set up an appointment that fit into our schedules very quickly. He encouraged that we attend the inspection to learn about the property. While inspecting I shadowed Nathan and he explained what he was looking for and what concerns needed to be addressed. I would recommend Nathan to anyone needing a home inspection and we would definitely hire him again if the need arises. He is a top notch person and inspector.

Nathan was great - we called on October 30th and he fit us in on the 1st. He really took his time, spending more than 3 hours on our home. Due to our schedule, our Realtor let him in and we got there at the end. When we got there he explained everything carefully, taking the time to actually show us the items he had in his report. While he was showing us around he noticed a small additional detail about the dryer - he pointed it out and stopped and added that into his report. He provided us with a binder containing a detailed report (he emailed it as well) that same day. Nathan said to call with any questions and he meant it. I would absolutely recommend him, and we would use him again ourselves without hesitation.
