 + -1 moreIt went great. Tom returns your calls and he performs the job he says he will do. I would hire him again. As I mentioned, he did the emergency furnace fix for no charge.
Description of Work: Tom Thompson at first fixed the old furnace but it was on it's last leg. He ended up not even charging me for this even though it was an emergency visit (went in the same evening I called and replaced some fan thing). We set a date for a month or so from then to have a new furnace put in. Tom replaced the old furnace with a Tempstar T9 two speed and he replaced the cold air ducts too. During the process the threshold to the breezeway door broke off. He reattached this with glue and epoxy. Later I painted that, and it looks really good. Tom is an exceptionally nice and friendly guy. He said he would do future furnace check ups for only $79. He is really easy to work with. Other than the threshold there was no damage or surprises. It's been a year or so now and the furnace is working great.
