I cannot recommend Kathy Tutt highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for property or a home in Northern Wisconsin. Her depth knowledge of the area, level of professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond expectations is unmatched.
My husband and I spent many, many hours with Kathy touring 50+ homes and lake properties in Iron County, Wisconsin over a 15+ month period during every season and through almost every weather condition. She was always completely prepared and organized as we sometimes packed 12-18 showings in a 2-day period. Here patience, stamina and unflagging enthusiasm never faltered and we truly enjoyed every minute of the process. The type of property we were looking for was modest and so was our very small budget but even with that known Kathy treated us like royalty. She also was invaluable during our purchase process by foreseeing and trouble-shooting problems . . . frankly doing the job of the seller's agent during closing.
