Excavation
We had Jim Kichak Septic Cleaning come out to clean out our septic system last winter (2012).
We had agreed on a price for this specific service. However, when we came out
to empty our septic tank, he said he had to charge us extra because the tank
was full. Yes, really! Now, I don?t know about you, but doesn?t a person call a
septic cleaning service to clean out the septic tank when it?s full and not
when the tank is empty!?!?! Well, if you hire Jim Kichak Septic Cleaning know that he may charge you extra despite
any agreement or set price.
Needless to say we will never hire this guy again, but I
also did some digging on this guy and found out he was busted ILLEGALLY DUMPING
waste (yes, that kind) TWICE and got a huge fine. So, this guy is tacking on ?extra
charges? to pay for his illegal dumping.
Offenses (Please see CCAP of Wisconsin). I only show these
because they are a direct result of his substandard business practices.

Fail to Submit Site Data to Department/Fail to
Keep Proper Records.
2.
Fail to Follow Application Rates ? General........TWICE
3.
Fail to Obey Disposal Requirements???. TWICE
4.
Operating motor vehicle w/o proof of insurance.
This one scares me because if he come on YOUR property and don?t have some kind
of insurance and something happens, guess who pays.
