DAVID D.
May 2010
We had a new furnace installed in Feb 2010. As I have a whole house humidifier attached to the furnace, TLC disconnected it upon furnace replacement and didn't reconnect it. Thus, they needed to make another trip out to my house. Then, in May, they came back to install the central air conditioning unit. When I got home, neither the furnace nor the A/C unit was working. This was done five days ago and I am still waiting for another return visit to figure out what is wrong. In my opinion, TLC offers very good prices but comes at a cost of sloppy service and numerous trips which would be unnecessary had things been done right the first time.
