Spring-Green Lawn Care

HORRIBLE (as in NON-EXISTENT) customer service! I have already PREPAID for my ENTIRE SEASON of lawncare SERVICE WITH Spring-Green in Mequon, WI. They left a voicemail for me on Sunday, June 5 saying they would be applying weed control on my lawn on Monday the 6th … or if it was raining … then Tuesday, June 7, 2022. It rained Monday, so I expected Spring-Green to show up on Tuesday morning. Nope. Tuesday around noon? Nope. By 3:30 pm I called their local Mequon office and NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONE! Their outgoing message claims their office is open 9am-4pm, so I figure someone just stepped away from their phone briefly but would surely return my 3:30 call before they shut down over 30 minutes later. Nope! Their message promises RETURNS OF MESSAGES LEFT within 24 hours. Let’s leap forward 2 more days … it is now 10:30 am THURSDAY and my lawn remains untreated! I called their Mequon office and got only the same outgoing message about being open 9-4 … promising callbacks to voicemails within 24 hours. ALL LIES! Do yourself a favor. Don’t prepay this company, in fact use literally ANY OTHER COMPANY such as Weedman, Tru Green, or Naturescape. I made the mistake of going with Spring-Green to save maybe $30, but Spring-Green is not a responsive company as they don’t answer their phone, nor honor their promise to reply to all voicemails left.

It is almost impossible to get the owner to act professional and return emails and phone calls. I am still finding weeds throughout the property weeks after an application. They will not get back to me on resolving this. I'm extremely frustrated with this company.

It was the same company but just a different owner. I would highly recommend. The only reason why I stuck with them was because I thought he was going to continue but only to find out later that it was a different owner.

They've been really good as far as responding. The quality is not as great, they do a mediocre job.
