"Our technician was requested to install a customer supplied ceiling fan with incorrect and incompatible parts! He had to wait for the "customer" to procure the correct and missing parts. In addition to the fact that the ceiling fan packaging did not include any instructions which would have expedited the unique assembly of this particular designed fan. Also, as an act of customer goodwill, the final billing given to the customer was graciously adjusted by the technician and the usual trip charged was waived!! We maintain an A+ rating by the Wisconsin BBB."
