Double charged, charged on days they did not come out and then sued me
for nonpayment.  When I came in and asked for proof of payment (because I
did pay rather than go to court) the owner tried to extort more money
from me. Very shady people.  I would not do business with them

Service has always been excellent, I've been able to get an appointment the same day and staff have been courteous, helpful and honest.

I love them. They are really honest, professional and fast. I will use them again in the future.

They've done everything for my vehicles. They kept my Geo Prism going for over 200,000 miles, as well as my Saab 280,000 for that amount of miles. We are on my fourth car that is being serviced with them. I think they are completely honest. My first car with them was the Saab, elsewhere the price was alway $500, when I started coming here, they would tell me what I didn't need to do, and would charge me $57 for service. They help me purchase cars by looking potential cars over for me, and they've saved me money by pointing out big problems with vehicles that I was thinking of purchasing.

Silver Spray Service gives a coupon program where after every 12 oil changes, I get a free oil change. I love them and they are great. I am always in and out quickly. I never felt that they tried to see me something that I did not need. They are very honest. It is an independently owned business and all of the mechanics have worked there for a long time.

They do very good quality work. I like that they are very close to my house. I had a good experience with them, when I had them replace my fuel filter and exactly one year and two days later it went out again. And even though it was two days out of warranty they replaced it free of charge, when other places would have made me buy another one. I was impressed by that.

I've been using their services for about 19 years now. The workers there are both honest and hardworking. They are very helpful when I have any questions. Another great thing I like about the employees is that they are mechanics and not salespeople.

They are responsive and fair. I just had a car in today for a 400-dollar new gasket job, and he noticed that this vehicle should be under warranty, and so rather than do the job and bill me, he called me up and said that I should check my paperwork to make sure that this vehicle is still under warranty. That is just the kind of business people they are. They are very honest and forthright. I always bring all my cars to them.

THEY STAYED IN CONTACT WITH REGARD TO THEIR PROGRESS (PARTS HAD TO BE ORDERED AND SHIPPED IN, ETC.).
