I SPOKE TO CHUCK IN THE OZAUKEE CO OFFICE. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL.
Description of Work: WE HAD A SEWER BACKUP IN OUR BASEMENT WITH A SMALL PORTION OF CARPET GETTING WET. THIS OCCURRED ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND I DIDN'T NECESSARILY WANT TO PAY OVERTIME CHARGES TO HAVE IT DEALT WITH. I CALLED SERVICE MASTER AND THEY GAVE ME SOME EXCELLENT ADVICE ON HOW TO CLEAN THE CARPET AND DRY IT OUT. WE GOT AN EXCELLENT RESULT!

I CAME AND COULDN'T EVEN TELL THAT THEY HAD BEEN THERE. THEY CAME OUT A SECOND TIME AND I HAD A WHOLE LIST OF THINGS TO DO. EVEN THEN, THEY STILL DID NOT FINISH THE WHOLE THING. THEY CREDITED MY ENTIRE BILL, BUT ONLY BECAUSE I WAS SO TICKED OFF. THIS WAS AN EMPTY HOUSE WITH ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN IT, AND IT STILL LOOKED FILTHY LIKE NOTHING HAD BEEN TOUCHED.
