Asphalt Driveway Service
They appeared to be doing a very professional and careful job of filling the cracks and applying the sealing material. When they left the pavement looked beautiful. However, after the snow melted the next spring, almost half the surface area appeared devoid of the sealing material. It had already weathered or worn away. I can only surmise that they used the cheapest, lowest quality material possible.

Asphalt Driveway Service
Run don't walk away from this provider. They are one of those companies that canvases a neighborhood and look for gullible homeowners. Well we fell for it because of the price, they are cheap for a reason. We weren't home when they were doing the work and that was a mistake because they took advantage of us not being there. For starters, the work was garbage they only fixed a handful of cracks and missed much more. The biggest issue was the mess they made and didn't clean up. They ruined a garden bed and didn't clean it up and they left tar in the yard that wasn't even close to the driveway. I didn't pay them until later because they didn't come to get the check when I told them that I would be home. They made a big scene when I complained about the mess, they swept the garden mulch into the grass which didn't fix it all it did was make it worse. For the tar in the grass the solution was to pick at the grass, which of course didn't fix that issue either.
We got what we paid for that is for sure.

The cost was very reasonable. They were cheaper for the same service that we had done a couple years prior to that by a different company. They did a better job with the service as well.

Due to the spring weatherit took them a little longer to get to the project than originally anticipated, but I can't fault them for that. They first brush cleaned my driveway, then sealed all the cracks (and there were many) with a hot tar emulsion. After that, they seal coated the driveway with another hot tar emulsion using squeegees. I have had my driveway sealed before with a spray, and I think I can safely say that this is vastly superior to the spray coating. It's a much thicker coating and looks like it will last ; years longer than the previous resealing did. Cleanup was great; there was nothing left behind to show that they had been there, other than a red flagged tape across the front of my driveway.
