CALLED THEM IN THE MID-MORNING, TOOK A WHILE FOR THEM TO GET BACK TO ME. THEN I WAS TOLD THAT SOMEONE WOULD COME BY 6PM TO PLOW, BUT NOBODY SHOWED UP. AFTER I CALLED, SOMEONE SHOWED UP BY 7PM. AFTER LOOKING AROUND, HE INCREASED THE COST TO $30 FROM $25 THAT WAS QUOTED OVER THE PHONE. HE DID DO A GOOD JOB OF CLEARING THE DRIVEWAY, AND WAS COURTEOUS.
