I received a whole lot more than just computer service. Abraham explained in depth on how systems operate and why I was experiencing problems. I had contacted several people including my email provider for help. Nobody was able to figure out why I was able to receive messages but not send. Abraham found the problem is 10 seconds. I was very impressed. My printer was connected to my network, but I was unable to print. As I was taught that if printer is setup with automatic settings, it is possible for the device to loose its IP address and printing stops. Abraham changed my router settings and printer settings and so far I had no problems. North Shore Computer Services is not cheap, but you definitely get a lot more bang for your buck. I did have a question and my phone call was answered right away and I was given a simple straight answer. I would highly recommend this business.

When I took my computer to North Shore Computer Services which is close by, the guy over there said that he was the representative of my computer manufacturer. He told me that I needed a new mother board, as my computer was not starting. I told him that I didn?t want pay 350 $ for the mother board and I also told him that I would take my computer back. So, he said that he could fix it and never did anything. Once I got my computer home, I took the side off to look inside and then I called my computer manufacturer to find out as to what could be done. They said that since I had the guarantee and the warranty, they could fix it over the phone. They also told me that they don?t have any representatives. They said that I needed to unplug the 2 cables from the main disk and I also informed them that I had not plugged them in. Actually the computer repair guy gave me back my computer without the 2 cables replugged in and charged me 40 $ for that. So, I went back to the computer repair guy and asked him back for my 40 $. When I asked him as to why the 2 cables were not plugged in, he gave me some unsatisfactory answers. It seemed to me that even though nothing was wrong with my computer, he was trying to make sure that something was wrong with it, so that I take it back to him. I don?t think it was a good situation and it seemed pretty bad to me. He was not honest with what he did. His responsiveness was fine as he got back to me and told me what was wrong with my computer, when I had called him. I would not use him again in the future.
