I use them regularly.  They do fine work.  Their customer service is really good.

The job they did was really good.  They are specialized in boilers.  They were really good and we were pleased with their service and the product.  I had to make a couple of service calls and they came on a weekend.  They were pretty thorough with that kind of work.  They came out one time after for half an hour because there was a leak.  They were pretty good to respond to the issue with the repair.  They were pretty good with what they were doing.

They responded within the same day for my request for service. We arranged to have them come out the Monday of the following week. They called to reschedule as there was a cold snap and they needed to service people who did not have heat. We rescheduled to the following week and they said they would be there between 8:00 and 9:00. They arrived at 9:00. The technician was very thorough and helpful. He recommended some additional work that could be completed in the spring when we will have the air conditioner serviced. He cleaned up after himself and was here for about an hour and 15 minutes.

All works well with the air conditioner. We have had good luck with it from day one. I feel I received excellent customer service from the company. I think they have fair prices on all of their equipment that they sell and install. I have no problem recommending them to others.

This company was recommended to me by my son. He had previous work done and they did a great job. I also thought that Magmun Services did a fantastic job! They are on time and friendly and seem to have a great relationships with their customers. I now would also recommend them to family and friends.

So far, our new system works great and we have not had any problems. They were prompt and here when they said they would be to get the job done. I was very happy with the job and I thought they were helpful in helping us decide on which system would be best for our house. The price I paid is private and I am not going to disclose it.

They installed our system in a proper manner. We did have to give them a call once after the installation to putty up a small exterior leak. They came out almost immediately and did this at no extra cost to us. They did good work at fair price compared to others in the area. We would recommend them to others.

Magnum is a great company to deal with. We also have our furnace through them and they do the yearly maintenance as well. I did have a problem on this last job as my brother took off work to be here when they arrived. The installers waited past our appointment time to call and say they were stuck on another job. My brother wasted a whole entire day and then had to take off the next when they did show up. I know things happen, they just should have called prior to the appointment time. We still use them so it's not that big a deal to me.

Mark was one of five contractors we met with for an estimate. After meeting with him we just had the feeling that he was the person we wanted to work with. The result was a great one day job, there were no hassles and no surprises.

The technician that came out was good. This company was the original installers of the furnace, and the technician told me that there are new parts out that would prevent this problem. I wish that would have been brought to my attention when I purchased the furnace.

They were outstanding. They are excellent with their service, and are reasonably priced.
